Surveyor problems

Hi Gang
I have been trying in vain to commit some items (without succsess) while I was doing this I have inadvertentally turned a lot of items red in
surveyor window,which means have lost a lot of items,although of course
they are still there, now how do I get them back .

Go into Content Manager and see if you can commit them there. Open up the Open for Edit tab. Highlight the content, and then press Ctrl+M at the same time to commit.

If there are errors, you might be able to run the content as is in compatibility mode. Otherwise, you'll have to repair the content before it's usable.
