Surveyor issue

I have upgraded my system and when launched today game and comes to Surveyor I could do nothing. When clicking on add train it moves over display borders almost on full screen. I can't add any train on route for testing. First time I have set display options on 1680x1050, but after an issue reinstalled drivers and changed resolution to 1024x768. It doesn't hepls at all. Display NEC 20 WGX 2 pro wide

What upgrades have you made? If it's a hardware upgrade, try it without the upgrade (if possible) and see if the problem persists. If it works fine without the upgrade, then it's a problem with the upgrade
