It has been a year since Trainz 22 has been released. Does the base version of Trainz 22 come with Surveyor 2.0 yet? Or is it still only a Trainz Plus member ship thing?

Correct. I suspect it will be a later version (Trainz 25? 26?) that may have Surveyor 2.0 (or by then perhaps 2.1) included.

Answer: Surveyor 2.0 is only available on Trainz Plus and now on TRS22 Platinum.
