Sureshot28's SD70M-2

Get over it
I'm running 2010 in compatability mode. I cannot get either of his NS SD70M's to go over 18 mph. With or without a consist. Everything appears to be ok with these two locos except with the speed. Any suggestions or ideas as to why I can't go over 18 mph. If I drive them it's not a problem, only when I plan a schedule. Thanks.

I have given them a test-drive. Had no problems with the speed. The AI will slow down well ahead of any yellow signals, so check the map view.

Strange, very strange. I have several consist in a small staging yard. The other locos follow the same route and adhere to the speed limits. The SD70M's stay about 9 mph under the posted speed and won't go over 18 mph.

So I figure I'll download "phil_c's" SD70's and use his engine specs. I'm missing one dependency, kuid:86105:50090, a coupler. CM says an update is available but I'll be darned if it will download. It's suppose to be kuid2:86105:50090:1. The more I try to correct this the deeper in poo I get. Wanted to use a different word but thought better of it. Any suggestions or ideas? If you have the missing kuid maybe you could send it to me. Would appreciate any help. Thanks.

I had kinda the same problem with another locomotive...

Look and see if there is a "T3P enginespec" for that locomotive...

Fixed my problem.

We could use more T3P enginespecs.... (Hello, Weevil and friends?)

Check DLS and TPR.

StorkNest is correct. I checked the "T3P" engine specs and they are obsolete.

Any one know about Phil_C's missing kuid?

Kuid2:86105:50090:1 is a "built in" in TSR2010.
