Hi All

Can anyone help please? I've been trying all day to post a ticket to the support helpdesk and after many attempts I've given up, all that happens is I get the the wheel of death on the browser and after about 5 minutes the standard windows message comes up, see below.

Just checked and it's working fine here. Ttry a different web browser and see what happens.

Are you able to log-in (at what point is it failing)?

Thank you for your swift response. Yes I can login and do anything in the Trainz portal except submit a helpdesk ticket due to the browser hanging so I'll try your suggestion and use another browser, I have MS Bing I'll give that a go.

To submit a helpdesk ticket you also need to additionally login to the HelpDesk feature. Click "Help Desk" above and then see help desk login at top left of page.

Thank you for your help. The login at the forum after already being logged in and the captcha seems ancient these days but I'm pleased to say your suggestion of using a different browser has worked a treat :). Here's hoping for a speedy response from them. Thanks again.

As info... browsers these days are much more discriminating than in the past. The plus is that you are more secure, the negative is, sometimes they don't work so well with some web features and code. Just make it a matter of habit to try different browsers when problems occur.

Glad you got things working and hope you get the support issue worked out.
