thank you for the nice compliment to my PCC Street Cars. Your screen looks really great. Unfortunately, my PCC’s still needs to be equipped with a night mode, otherwise I could show some nice night view screens too.
Do you build your route after a real city or do you create a fictive layout? Whatever, if the other parts of the route looks as great as this street, it gonna be a very nice town.
It seems, the most of the buildings you have used are dmdrake objects right?? He really did a lot of incredible work, even a lot of buildings including a nicely detailed night mode. This for sure created a high standard of quality during the first years of Trainz and it is very nice to see, that quite a number of content creators followed this way and created more and more objects and found a optimized way to meet reality as close as possible considering the power limitations of PCs.
Do you see this screen David – one more time to say thank you!
I rather meant the CA layout too. I like the States in the period from the twenties up to the seventies. I hope for a release. And you can look forward for some American buildings which I intend to create. Hope they can find their place on your layout.
Außerdem freue ich mich natürlich auf dein neues deutsches Layout.
here comes my first study about getting night mode working at a rail vehicle. Although it looks not bad, I still have to get it working for several LODs and at the interior and so on.
I've made some more progress on my Jay Street Connecting RR. Here are some screenshots...

I've got all the track laid down and all the buildings put in, but I'm still in the process of adding in the little details (cars, streetlights, etc.). However, I'm confident I'll have it up on the DLS soon.
