Strange Gordon Issues

Hmmm... I wanna say it has something to do with you running said trainz content in Trainz Mac 1. Trainz mac has lots of problems with the thomas content.

That is really weird. The only issues I have with the 2006 models are a weird bunch of lines that show up. And not even just on the engines, the coaches and rollingstock have them too. I'm not worried about it though.

My best solution for you is to just redownload Gordon and reinstall him. You may actually (if that don't work) have to check his file in Explorer and see what's going on there.

anyway i think I have found the problem. The 2006 model does not have any tga or txt files for textures. just a texture file which does not show me the blue.bmp or red.tga.

Short answer: download the newest models. Using content designed for TRS2006 is just asking for trouble in newer versions, especially a version that is developed for a completely different OS.

is there anyway to fix it that DOSENT't cost money?
like doing something with the textures or the config?

Never pay for someone to fix content.

well i found a file titled percy.gs.; Will that solve my problem if i change some things?

No. .gs files are scripts. Most scripts from TS2009 pre-SP3 and previous versions of Trainz are broken and don't work in the newest versions of Trainz.

anyway i think I have found the problem. The 2006 model does not have any tga or txt files for textures. just a texture file which does not show me the blue.bmp or red.tga. does anyone have a none glitchy version so they can email me a copy of the proper textures? my email is (Snipped)

I don't know if TS MAC can use this feature, but if you install PevSofts Texture2TGA tool it converts Texture files to TGA files. It automatically updates the .texture.txt files (if they exist, which in this case they don't). You may have to make your own.

Example

Texture file: blue.texture

Make a .txt file and in it write:

primary=blue.texture
tile=st

Also I would recommend you remove your email address from the post. Bots prowl the interwebs looking for people's email addressees. The best way to protect yourself from spam is to never put your email out on the internet for all to see.

The 2006 models are begging for trouble. Because of their age it is not up for scratch for later versions. I agree with daylightrain, the best thing to do is download the latest model. If you try and mess around with th 06 model there is a high chance of corrupting it with Txt files going everywhere...
