Throttle Trouble on Siemens Vectron DSB EB 3299 Diesel Electric Loco

Could you please post it from something other than a Google drive link, like YouTube or similar? It would be better.
 
For Trainz this is an electric locomotive, although it doesn't have any pantographs attached to the a.pant# attachment points. To move the locomotive, you have to raise the pantograph (which doesn't exist) by using the keyboard (keypad 1) or the button of the UI. The AI will do this automatically.

AH I'm a dum dum. It's seems obvious now that I realized the loco is based on an electric loco. Thank you so much for the help!
