where can i get this route? looks fantastic!

I never thought I'd see the day...the L&A is now running A class locomotives. Thanks to the K&L shops the L&A now has a fleet of high speed fast freight engines.

Here we have train #56 from Cincinnati to Charleston S.C. sea and zeppelin ports.

I made that helium car some years ago. Its on the DLS. Kuid2:210518:6536:1. Its for TRS2004 but should go into newer versions with little to no problems.

For us old-timer model railroaders - anyone remember the Ambroid 1 of 5000 kit of it?

Do you have any zeppelin fields on your route? If so, you could have interesting operations moving tanks of helium/hydrogen and supplies to and from the zeppelins.

The helium cars could look like this.

And I found an article about them here: http://modelingthesp.blogspot.com/2012/04/helium-cars-part-1.html

If hydrogen would be used you would need a fireless cooker locomotive.

That is a great idea. Next to the Cincy rail yards lays the Zinzinnati Zeppelins Workz and they would need massive amounts of both gases. Pictures will follow soon.

I have so many of your engines Steve... Like, a lot. I received my A class last night and it overcomes even the 1522 in detail. Also is there supposed to be no bell animation? I'm just asking I love it any how.

And if you are talking about Zeppelins - I made a few hangers for them a while back. California area prototype though (but they are big).

Ben your zeppelin hangars have been put to good use.

Here we have a few of K&L's finest racing under the Zinzinnati Zeppelin Workz.
