During the Silver Lines' transition faze from steam to diesel, steam was still very common. #2457 & #2483 had doubleheaded dozens and dozens of trains previously and were assigned to the same branch line for most of their service life. This was their final run together in late June in 1959. The locomotives would not be scrapped but instead saved in an old engine shed on the end of the branch line until the 1980s, when they finally moved to a new home in the new steam shop under construction for the Silver Lines.

However, there are no surviving Niagaras today. But what if #6025 was preserved, being a lone survivor, and restored to operate on excursion trains for Norfolk Southern. It would look somewhat like this:

Question. When you received your Cab Forward, were the rear drivers missing. I have the AC-11 and the rear Drivers are missing. No dependencies are missing.

Sorry I missed your question ljaguilar, the rear drivers are called mid-engine or something like that. They are a separate "engine" that couples to the main engine to complete it.
