Hey all,
My own personal research hasn't turned up much... What are the differences between a Johnson bar and Stevenson reverser bar? Thanks I anyone who knows more about this than me!

One you push and pull it, the other just goes round and round? The former usually found in the US and the latter on the other side of the pond.

Okay thats sorta what I was picking up... In other words, the Johnson is a forward-Backward bar and has to go the opposite direction to engage in a different wheel motion, where as the Stevenson is a circular device that is just rotated clockwise/counter clock wise to switch between wheel direction?

Klinger, this precision bar thing sounds interesting but I couldn't find any information or pictures about it.
