Yeah... I was looking at the small skidder. What gave me the carload idea was, I dropped one on this WM SG flat just for a static
item. Since the prototypes hauled them around on their NG flats, I would think it would work. It would be neat if some tiedowns could
appear when it's loaded.

Ok, @rick1958 > I'll make a commodity version... easy-peasy. (y) I can also scale it up or down if you think I should?
Either way, or if you want the small one and a slightly scaled up version that would fill the flats width-wise?

Thanks Rico, that would be great. I think the scale is perfect just as it is. It's a shame it seems this part of the hobby is all but dried up. Both physical and virtual.

SJC No.60 has just spotted a short flat of lumber for the newly formed Montrose Cattle Buyers Association and is backing
down the hill on its return trip to Montrose.

Just before mile post 10, from the top of the hill, we see the sleepy little mining town of Tincup. From here, it's a nearly 4% grade to the northen end of the line
at Wooden Nickel mine.

From the locomotive roof...another shot of the Wooden Nickel mine after some texture tweaking. This is probably my favorite
scene on the route. I just noticed I have some ground throws to swap out.

@rick1958 >

The Hangman rolling stock and power are up on the DLS as well.
Maybe you'd enjoy running them on your route?

The layout is pretty much finished. I'm going over it section by section making sure I didn't miss any details, fixing little things here and there.
Should be up on the DLS soon. The session is actually what's taking a while to properly setup. I added alot of new track at the wharf yard, and getting the A.I. to behave properly when receiving commands in that area and other spots is making me pull my hair out, LOL.

There are short wood gondolas with coal and ballast loads, the togog reefer I reskinned to an Oregon Fruit Co. livery, 3 shays and the big Uintah 51 reskinned as well.
The Trainboi1 MOW set as well.

The <kuid:521966:104469> RC Hangman Creek Lumber Co. Flatcar has a custom loads set, which turn them into a saw filer car, scrap gondola and a half gondola with an electric crane and scrap load.

In the mean time I took a trip back to the east coast to work on my Central Pennsylvania Lumber Co. route. This has been worked and reworked (on and off) since '04. I'm not particularly sold on the track. I like the old, worn out look, but it just doesn't work for me. Too clean and defined. The CPL was probably the largest operation in Pa around the turn of the centrury and consisted of 16 mills. It was Std Ga which is great for using the Cass shays and Skookum. but I'm a narrow gauge guy, so I get derailed easily and often, but always come back. Also, almost all of the steam era logging equipment is 3ft.
