Try running it through PEV's Trains Mesh viewer and his PEVsoft Images 2 TGA. If neither of them fix it then you will need to look at a more involved method to fix it. Im not competent to explain however I'll look up my notes and see what I can resurrect. Its not that hard its just knowing what to do for the particular error.
I bought a payware route for 2010 a year or two ago and it had 211 errors many of which were texture errors. It took me 2 1/2 months ro fix them all, learning as I went, but there are 'horses for courses' as they say. Someone more competent that I may hop on here with a fix straight away. Cheers
