I tried to download it off the Trainzluvr site but the thing is saying textures are missing

in case the image breaks heres what it says, any way i can fix it or am i just screwed?

These assets used the old ".texture" files that are no longer used. To fix them you have to download PevSoft Images2TGA, open the ".texture" files, and then "save as" It will save each one out as a .tga image file and a ".texture.txt" file. It only takes seconds for each one.
 
Sometimes, the .pm files are put in the wrong folder, or the shadow.tga texture file is missing or put in the wrong place. These errors are easily repaired but the assets are really old.

The .texture files are still alive and well today. They are a compiled version of both the texture-file, usually a tga format texture plus the description file. These errors occur if the asset is extracted from built-in assets or DLC files due to the textures not decompiling properly into their separate components.
