Carried over a route with some sound files playing a loop from 2010 version. The wav file is in the form 16 bit, 22050 Hz, mono pcm. However, the sound (voice at train station) sounds like it has been slowed so that I have the scary slow base voice. In other words the file is playing at slow speed. Not sure why this is. Any solutions?
