I need someone to chat to I hope this is the right place to put it: need your input of this sorry for soo long but mad, frustrated

I just brought 2 engines from jointedrail total 20 dollars. I went to forums went to register and gave my username I used for lointedrail in the forums registration and a and a different password besides the one I used ofor jointed rail website. came back and says username does not egsists then says banned from useing fourms and then called me payware theif. you know that is wrong to say that to someone who just brought 2 engines from them. top that off I still have the bill of sale on my computer showing payed in full. I may not even buy any more engines from them if thats the way they treat their members like that. I did not steal anyhing and I do not steal thats not me. and yes this is my freedom of speech. and then when I went to jointedrail again it has me as my username. I might give up on the web site all together. now let me go to my trains 06 and play my layout and crash my trains to get out my anger out. actually I should sent this in text message thats how mad I'm right now. may now on it might be in texte messages I'm still thinking about that. banned me from jointed rail forums does not bother me but call me a payware theif which I did not do anything then I'm mad and yes I will throw a little hissy fit but in this case I think I'm aloud. but when I do the right thing pay for my 2 engines and I get banned or lable me as a payware thief. I'm finished with them. I'm going back to sporbust and wot,rrmods. they do not give me any trouble and they have good engines also. at the end do not lable me as payware theif or banned from forums after I just brought 2 engines from you its just not fair, try to make you happy make me happy, everyone happy. but in the long run you do have good engines.

First off, your post is hard to read. Once you have calmed down, you may want to edit it, and add proper capitalization or something, as it is a bit on the cluttered side.

Secondly, have you tried contacting jointedrail? It sounds like there was probably a mixup or something.

I have since cooled off
and yes I contacted jointed rail and explain and they said I need to go to the company administrators but for me to go to company administraors I will need to know the company name and see what happened. the only thing I did was to enter my username that I use on jointedrail in fourms but when it asked for my password, I created a new one and did not use my regular password that I used to get on jointedrail site. (maybe thats it )

its easier for me to answer in small bits and pieces like this than all in one long paragraph like I did in this post.
so hope others reply like jadebullet did so I can answer in smaller quantities (something like that).

You made a mistake...that should privately be taken up with Jointed Rail...after all, it should not affect your legitimate username & password protected account...

Why is it that anyone is welcome to praise the payware sites on these forums but when they complain they are told to take it up privately???
Its one or the other, either all payware threads are banned or all payware threads are allowed, not just allow the sugary ones and ban the vinegar.

While it does appear that brakemen made a mistake, there is also this to consider,

I am afraid telling a customer to go somewhere to complain, but not tell them where, is just telling them "We have your money now disappear"

I am not taking sides here other than I like to see fair play, if its just an honest mistake by either party then it will sort itself out, if not then others taking sides will not help at all.

This sounds to me like a Trainzer has an issue with payware from a third party site. I really do not know why it has been presented here. If anyone has a problem with a third party site, it is best to discuss it with them, not here.
