I no people have had trouble with free access to download stuff but why after putting there first class tickets at a lower price. and after i bought one i have the same problem i feel like a refund or take it further you are not delivering the goods. if a download area does not work stop selling first class tickets til its fixed. i press the download button and all i get is
The webpage cannot be displayed

and not able to download have had no trouble in the past. i love trainz and auran but you need to sort this !:(

Most of us use our FCT on a daily basis without any issues. It would appear that the problem is on your end. Follow the link from Shane to post #43 and follow the instructions. Also, are you aware that you also need to specify Content Manger and TRAINZ as an exceptions through your security firewall?

:D yay all fixed it was the admin fix that needed doing thanks for all that helped me i wil paste this on main posting too in fact it just needed to be tuned on just to get downloads going now i can turn admin off the shortcut and content manager and it stil works!:hehe:
