Sniper's Reskining Tutorial - where?

A few days ago I saw info about the location of Sniper's re-skinning tutorial in a message. After spending time searching, etc. I can't find it. Does anyone know a keyword or the location of the tutorial?

Can I verify what you have put there mjolnir? (basically, is that meant to be 'now' or 'not')

If it's PEVSoft related, I have copies of everything from there (apart from Asset-X, which is on andi06's site) on my tutorial site, although if something is indeed missing, let me know and I can check.

Yes, it is "now" rather than "not", and I edited the post accordingly.
