SnC, Cabon City and Murch 2-SP1 Error

After SP1 and doing an QDR the serial numbers for these three addons are showing invalid and none of the content is showing up. I have sent in a helpdesk ticket but dont know how long that will take to get answered anyone else having the same issue?

The fact that they should have seen this coming and planned accordingly is why iam more upset. I think we would have all been happier if all the background work was laid out and the patch was delayed for a week.

Good Morning Hert
Due to the implementation of the new DLC system, existing 'installs' of the DLC packs in TS12 will not be functional in SP1. These packs must be downloaded and installed via the DLC system. When you first start Trainz, this will occur automatically.


If it does not occur automatically, then please click on the 'get content' option on the main menu, then click on the 'redownload all purchases' button at the bottom of the screen. You may wish to temporarily cancel some so you are only downloading one at a time, or you can simply let them all go whilst you play Trainz

Are your serial numbers registered at Planet Auran shown at the top of the forum. They need to be in the serial number area for you to get the add-ons to download to you.
