I know it has had issues since the launch, but today it doesn't even load up. And please dont reply that my internet is the issue, other sites are working just fine including auran.com

Seems to be not there, was ok a few hours ago, unlikely any one has got up in the middle of the night to sort it out unless the man in charge has been kicking backsides.
Tracert seems to indicate it should be working, crystal ball time again I'm afraid.

Might be it's getting overloaded because of the 75% off offer......I took advantage of the offer today, but of course there is no connection to download. Not a big fan of the digital download route, but I figure if I can't download it I'm out only 12 bucks and change.

We're aware of the problem and working to get the site running again - normal transmission will be resumed asasp. I guess 75% was too much for the server to handle.

Just got in but took a heck of a long time, closed the window and tried again and it timed out.

@Sourdough

When or if you can get back in, the down load links are via the left hand menu, My Downloadable Products, Serials are under My Orders, click the relevant order, that is assuming its displaying for you, I have a feeling it might not be visible for everyone, possible browser compatibility problem to add to the mess? Links are there before you even order anything, just empty but some can't seem to see them. FF 15.01 here which seems OK.

Edit:

Just crossed with Tony's post.

Thanks for the update.

Guess I was lucky! As soon as I received the N3V newsletter and saw the NS Heritage loco's from Jointed Rail for 75% off, I leaped and had no problem downloading them!! Hooray for me.
Guess they may not have figured on the demand! BTW, those heritage units are very nicely done. Goona have them running around my layout soon!

I would like to buy a lot more, but can't even get what I already paid for and can not seem to get support to respond.

I'd suggest using the online shop support again as it now appears to be working, it's quite possible with all the other problems some of the tickets never made it, having said that though, I just received this morning a reply to my ticket I raised when the prices in the shop went up, sent it on Thursday or Friday, I forget which but there may be a backlog.

Awesome, at least they fixed the support ticket page. It was not working at all this weekend. I bought 2012 last week and the downloads kept crashing along with the site and they have a bug where the allowed download count goes down by about 5 for one download. Now mine say zero and with the site up and running, i still cannot download what I already paid for.

I have a question for you, have you ever posted one thing on this forum that was not a complaint?

Gawd! it gets more confusing, I bought Murchison and that even after downloading says unlimited downloads, surely TS12 should be the same? I would have thought things like loco packs would be restricted as the Duchess was, still got 9 left on that.
Luckily for me, although I paid a higher price I have everything else I'm likely to want before the current sale.
For want of a better idea and probably extremely unlikely, tried deleting cookies? there could be a remote chance the number of downloads is held in a cookie, shouldn't be but as everything else seems, looking for a suitable word, erm mixed up ........

Years ago. Does this forum have a rule that complaints are not allowed or something? I am not the only one here complaining about lack of support and crashing this weekend. Hopefully the owners will monitor this and see what is going on with their business. I would not have to take the time to post here at all if they just replied to support tickets and did business the right way. They already did say that in hindsight (in another post) that they should have been available for problems instead of assuming it was all going to work.

I bet you are the only one that at least 95% of your posts are griping about something and carrying on like it's the end of the world.
