The trouble ticketing function is out of whack. I have tried for 2 days to enter a TT about not receiving a serial number for the PRR DLC I bought. Each time it tells me that the function is unavailable.
Enter a trouble ticket through the normal Helpdesk link above. Worked for me and lots of other folks though for me it took about a day to get the serials. Point out that fact about the SC help not working so they know it's an issue.
