Simulator Central suppott Trouble Ticketing function unavailable

Heads up,

The trouble ticketing function is out of whack. I have tried for 2 days to enter a TT about not receiving a serial number for the PRR DLC I bought. Each time it tells me that the function is unavailable.
 
Enter a trouble ticket through the normal Helpdesk link above. Worked for me and lots of other folks though for me it took about a day to get the serials. Point out that fact about the SC help not working so they know it's an issue.
 
The SC is back up. Log in, go to My Account, then My Orders, then View Order. If yours are like mine, the serial number should appear with the order.
