WIP: Smithville Yard (UMR) and a little bit of Smithville. Just starting.

This non conventional route is designed to run AI trains with as few commands as possible. At this point the map is 560 kb in size and runs really well on this xp machine. Will be interesting to see how Tane is going to handle this large map, detailed texturing is completed in only a few areas. Hoping that Tane will allow me to run at least 60 trains on this map.

I am still debating whether to use Simulatortrain's 132 track or the JR track. I like Simulatortrain's tracks, bit I'm not so much of a fan of the ballast texture, as it doesn't quite match the track.
For now though, here's a shot at the Brickyard as a NS stack train roars by the camera.

Nice streamliner! You should consider making a drumhead for the observation car. Also, the 18 roomette sleeper has a mapping over the texture that darkens it, so you might want to either lighten it or darken the rest of the consist. I love the color scheme. Do you think the Moonshine Express will get an upgrade as well?

You can count on the Moonshine Express will also get the upgrade. I really hope you do make a drumhead as both the Express and the Hillbilly both need that final touch.

Thanks for the tip on sleeper as I may have some free time between classes and I can drag her back into the paint shed.

It's a route I'm creating based on a small railroad museum in Bonsal, NC. Both of the steam engines in the above post are reskins I did to look like the two locomotives that the museum owns along with a 80 ton diesel that I've also done a reskin of onto a 44 tonner.

Ya I know, I haven't figured out how to fix it yet. Any help with how to fix the problem would be appreciated.
