Where do those road assets come from?

They're custom-made

As Dartrider has said he uses JR road markings and then paints the road texture underneath to make custom looking roads.

@john2002 - they're custom handmade routes. You can get the markings off the DLS with JR RM. Custom bridges won't work so I'm using spline bridges right now.
