Show Off Your Routes *Potential For Large Screenshots*

55 MPH but you know everyone is doing 70/90:hehe:
That's everyone on the highway. Screw going the highway speed when you can go really fast.
I live on a busy street with the speed limit in one direction is 35 MPH while the other is 40. People literally go really fast on the street, especially when there's hardly any cars on the road at night

That's a good picture of your street Hert :)

Yeah who does follow the speed limits these days? Most of the streets in my city are 35/40 and people want to go 5-10 above the speed (even 15) except here people go through the red signals and stop signs on purpose so everyday there is at least one accident...

Bob, give Google Earth a try. It's similar to Google Maps Satellite view, but as you scroll in you can often get a pseudo - 3D look at things and be able to rotate them around a little bit. A bit klugy and low quality, but I have been able to pick up a little more detail of buildings from different angles and what is around them. Worth a shot anyway.
Hi Forester, I use Google Earth all the time when making my prototypical routes. I couldn't work without it.

Thank you Robert3a0 :)

I've ran into a few countyside streets where the Google car didn't went down or went down so far and then turned onto another road. Best thing I can suggest is try to guess the area as best as possible by zooming in as close as possible. It really makes it fun when trying to put the road markings down :hehe:

Image hosting I use is imgur.com - its free and easy to use. Been using it since Hostthenpost.org shutdown back in 2017 IIRC.

Today I've took a break from the route so no new pics from it (can only work on it so much). Tomorrow I should have a few pictures posted.

Thanks mate, I'll give imgur.com a go.

Thanks for the compliments. This part of the route was originally made in TC3, I have been going through revamping it. I am still confused on some of my "design choices":hehe:. I find on/off ramps are the most tricky.

Those are some nice screenshots there Robert3a0 :)

Nice roads Hert. My question for you, where did you get those traffic signals from (the Cali style especially)? I've been looking for something like that for could never find any.

I can tell you that they are common here on the Metra lines. Some are at the ends and others have it both at the ends and the middle. All depends on the station.

They are supposed to be these types of signals but none exist for Trainz unfortunately so I'll use bell poles and hope for the best :D

Previously unseen scenes from rural northern Oklahoma on the Blackwell Northern Gateway, heading towards Blackwell.

Everything here is still very unfinished.
