You'll need Trainzmesh editor to do any editing of that kind. Alpha-ing out parts requires the model to use tbumptex instead of tbumenv and you can't change that on a .trainzmesh file like you can with an .im file.If only I could find an opacity channel for the Santa Fe equipment on the roof

Nicely done! I did have to substitute <kuid2:348207:100941:1> S-2 Truck 100 ton 263,000 lbs 6.5in × 12in 36in wheels blue caps, because the newer version does not seem to be available."60ft HC Boxcar Photoskinned"
