Some low poly chunky mesh 36" track, I experimented on, removing the double fat spikes, staggaring the spikes, detailing the tieplate holes, and highlighting the ties.

Shouldn't have posted this here. Now you will have about 100 people begging you to release it.

Already been down that road.. I'm not releasing, and not doing requests.. I don't find chasing down repaint policies and asking for permission very much fun so I'm not doing it.. Nothing against the developers, it's just a personal thing. :) I show them because I thoroughly enjoy what I do and like showing my work to people. Other peoples work inspired me to learn Photoshop six years ago so I always make it a point to post a lot of pictures.. The world needs more artists. :)

While I'm here.. I started work on JointedRails Payware Conrail GP38... Left side has been stripped of all Conrail logos and `most' of the pre-existing weathering.. I kept some because it was fitting and the extremely grubby and coal dusty YN2 transforming has begun.

Sadly this is the closest I'll get to seeing a hockey stick in action this year.. On the rails, or in the NHL. :hehe:

Slowly but surely it's all coming together. Basic scheme in place, now to go back and color correct incidentals like steps, brake handles, ladder rungs, and other various crap no one cares about. :)

She's rockin 4096x4096 textures but will likely knock em down to 2048. Even that's overkill, but I enjoy overkill.

Can only think of Paintshop Pro or Photoshop. There maybe others but they're the main two.

This is based on an idea from a youtube comment talking about an inverted paint scheme for NS. Looks weirder than I imagined

It looks Awesome. But that is my opinion. Many of you would have your own thoughts but I think it is great. To me it is creative and also thankyou Colhad for that I wil try those places right away.

Model JR SW1500 - Original livery P&LE

Somewhere between not finished, and not quite finished but my eyes are crosseyed and the coffee stopped working hours ago. Tomorrow night all the little knick knacks and small items that got caught in the brush crossfire or just ignored so far.
