Did Western Pacific, Southern Pacific, C&NW or Cotton Belt (SSW) have those?

I know that the CNW and WP had those exact types, but I'm not quite certain if the SP or SSW had them. It's hard finding any useful info on these boxcars(Railgoat has been an amazing source).

They did. Just about every major class one in the 60s and 70s had boxcars like those or a similar design.

Do you know where I can get the base of this engine, or is the base private?

The base isn't private but the site that had it before isn't active anymore, I think it was The Backshops? I don't know if their assets ended up anywhere else.
