Not as far as I know in the Surveyor screen itself. However, if you open up the Map window, available in both Surveyor and Driver, and turn on the Gradient option, then the track gradients will be shown.
Alternatively, you can use the Get Gradient tool in the Track tab to obtain the gradient at individual spline points along a track section.
