Shaw Airforce Base Cab Ride.

Take a ride on a 44-tonner as the crew goes out to the CSX interchange in Sumter to pickup some JPL jet fuel. There are two 44-tonners on the train which make a quick smooth ride out, but struggle on their way back with the tanks. There is an idler flatcar coupled first between the tank cars and engines. The flatcar says US Navy on it and dates back to the 1940s.

This section of track is also going to be on my CSX Florence Division route. The line interchanges with CSX in Cane Savannah. Also Shaw AFB is maybe 35 minutes from my house. Right now I have the Eastover Sub as far as Eastover. So Cane Savannah is still another 15 miles east of where I'm at. This is very good video and is shot by a friend of mine. Once complete this route will go from Sumter (unless I extend it to Florence), to Columbia and then turn south and terminate in Savannah. At the current time all track from Eastover (CSX East over sub) to Denmark (CSX Columbia Sub) is in place. All yards are complete for distance and amount and arrangement of tracks. Further the route is being done using 1:1 scale. Screen shots and route videos are on the SAXT forums.

That's really cool. You get to watch this operation first hand! :D

I've used some assets from your group such as the Metra stations and wm switch machines. Great creations and excellent quality.
