Setting Up The JR Multi-Industry

I would like to be able to set up this industry to leave a loaded car at the location. Then I want to continue on down the line with work, and come back later to pick up an empty car(I.e the industry used whatever I set out.) Everytime i try this to do the car will not unloaded unless i leave the locomotive attached. Is there something I'm missing when trying to do this? Any help is appreciated.

The car actually won't unload now, after the 60 second delay i get this bug.

I've checked for faulty commodities and i do not have any in my game.

Make sure yo have all of the information entered correctly for that track. Also check your other industry enabled tracks for proper config.
