Session: Freight in Freight Out

I have to say that running this session is a unique experience for me. I am having a problem that I hope someone can help me with. In the early stages of the session shortly after I have the initial consist coupled up. I move the train to what I call the first stop which is to pick up 4 tank cars at Palmer Chemical. It is not practical to pull the whole train far enough ahead and then back into and couple the tankers, so I decouple from the initial consist, pull the engine ahead and pick up the 4 tankers. The problem I am having is that when I decouple from the consist it rolls backward and the session won't let me click on the lead car so I can set the consist break. Any Ideas?

I think it's the semicolon key or the comma key. I forget which one. Just hit the key and THEN de-couple.

Hi there therabbit I use the A key as the train break I use DCC mode

Definitely the a key in dcc mode.
