Cab anyone help me with a problem i have with the download station . whenever i try to download somthing in either Trainz 2009 or 2006 the server always appears to be full can anyone tell me what the problem is or is the server genuinly full ?

Do you have a FCT (First Class Ticket)? If not accessing the DLS can be a problem.

Yes i have a first class ticket with 23 days left on it and i havent used it once , i expect the servers to be full on some of them but every single thing i try to download ? i find that abit rediculous

I am not aware that you MUST have a FCT to download ... I think not ... I believe it is just slower downloads.

There are many threads on how to reset your password by Editing your Planet Auran PW and Profile, which gets rid of this problem.

I've seen that error a few times.

If the password-change trick does not work, make sure your firewall is not blocking the Trainz applications access to the Internet.

Failing that, if you are using TRS2006 or later, it may be worth checking the proxy server settings (Content Manager > File > Settings > Internet)

clear your download wish list.

clear your CMP "Options" UN & PW

save as blank, and shut down game

re-open game, and retype in your UN & PW

Do the same in you Planet Auran Profile

Edit your Planet Auran UN & PW (it can be the same)

Update your Planet Auran Profile, and shut down game
 
ok i did what you said then it stated to work but then the item i needed to download turned red and said error with download and now its the same with all the things i try to download : /

Try rebooting the PC after exiting changing password saving etc in CM, daft as it may sound try it.
 
It's a bit strange if the issue is still happening - the next question: what version (and build number) of Trainz is affected?

Also, if you are running Windows Vista or Windows 7, make sure you are running Trainz as admin.

Problem solved now guys :D dunno what i did but now everythings downloading fine everything from dependencies to other locomotives thanks for all your help :)
