Server full?

i tried to access my CMP for my trainz 06 and trainz 09 by downloading the Tyne and wear metro route. whats going on? it keeps sayin my server is full even when i remove some things
 
It's not on your computer, it means the Auran server is full and not letting you on. No need to remove anything on your system.

If you have an FCT (first class ticket) you get access to a better server with (supposedly) guaranteed access.

However, there have been problems with the server going down, especially at weekends, recently.........
 
No, the server is full! All my test indicate that I have full IP connection. Even my FTP connection fails to connect. DLS is intermittent, but that may just be due to activity. Sort it out, guys! If there is one way to turn people off a product, it's having poor customer service. Having paid loadsamoney for all the game packs, the niggles of content failure continue, and the DLS is essential.

Does anyone know how large Download Station really is size wise......they may want to think about setting up a couple of mirrors so they can service everyone.


I tricked my laptop into thinking that it has both 2004 and 2009 installed but I uninstalled most of 2009 and use the Trainz Download Helper as my content downloader then I copy my content to my desktop machine and run 2009 on there.

seems to work ok no server full messages just missing kuids

Still getting the "server full" message after 24 hours, both in CM2 and FTP. I just wish Auran would at least acknowledge there might be an issue.
 
You need to reset your Planet Auran UN & PW, Profile, and re-edit your UN & PW, Profile (it can be the same name) ... the server is never or rarely full ... unless the server is temporarily down ... usually the "server full" notice is bogus.

Okay, I just tried that. Logged out and back in again with the new password; same results.
 
You are not the only one having this problem. It has to be Auran and there server. You do not need to mess with anything. When they get it fixed it will come back on line. Just one of the many problems here.

Tried doing the same thing but in content manager?

Delete user name and password > save > exit CM > reboot PC > restart > start CM > enter original password and user name > save > exit CM > restart and see if it worked.
Only time I ever had to do this, it didn't work until I rebooted the PC.
