You can get the server full message if you pull out the cable from the PC that connects you to the router or however you connect, I suspect it's just a generic error message programed into the Trainz software for when you can not connect for any number of reasons.
It may well be a problem on the net between you and Auran on one of the dozens of servers on route that are nothing to do with Auran or your ISP.
FCT as I found doesn't seem to kick in until you have cleared anything you added from before the ticket started.
Try removing any existing downloads from CM2 exit Trainz, reboot PC if it doesn't work then you should try clearing your user name and password, save then input the details again, use the same details.
