Hi All!

I have decided to start a screenshot thread for my Sea of Blue route. The first screenies:

That does it for today!

Decent start, Bluewater. One question: How do those police and rescue units get out of that little fenced-in courtyard (pic 4)? Are the front roll-up doors the only entrance/exit available?

Somewhat. I need to revamp it soon.

A ramp would do the trick. I once 'painted myself into a corner' like that also. Finally had to change the whole layout to provide an escape for gravel yard trucking.

Bill

Thanks for the support guys! I will try to post more shots tomorrow, but with school IDK how much I can get done.

Sorry guys...no shots today. Didn't get home until six, then had to decide on the high school course selection.

Will attempt on some tomorrow!

If this is a US route, I would suggest using a terminus building that doesn't have Spanish on it.

Hey, guys. We are jumping the gun here. This is obviously a very early WIP. Give it time to grow. I don't doubt that the station has re-nameable platforms. Details like that (and the one I mentioned before) come later in the process. As I build, I keep a longhand list of 'things that have to be done' as I go along. Sometimes I feel like creating so I forge ahead and some times I feel like doing details like naming conventions. As for now, it is a great start to what looks like a fine route.

Bill

Yes, HiBaller is right. I will work out the details later when get most if not all of the trackwork and signalling done.

What do you want us to say, man? I would be very surprised if you got 50 responses or even 5. You show us a teaser, a few untextured shots of a route, and then expect us to do ....... what?

Bill

I'm sorry, but I just haven't been getting the turnout I wanted. I'll still post screenshots for the moment. Heck, I was working on the route just before I Alt+Tabbed out of the game to check on this thread. I may change my mind, but for the moment....

There are perhaps thousands of routes out there, some of them even finished and uploaded to the DLS. I have one on the DLS myself, but over the last 7 years I've started maybe a hundred routes. I have one thread now, The Potato Mountain Line, that has a very few comments. As I work on it, I'll add more pictures. If I decide to stop work on it, then I'll post that also. Post or don't post, no big deal. Have fun!

Bill

Ok guys lets not start pointing the guns at each other some one may get massed up real badly:hehe:
Blue keep posting screen shots and keep talking about the route make it known.
My posts really get replays but as long as there something to show some times there just no words to say about it and that just like it with out a word my kindy peeps look first if talk if bad. no news is good news.

WERE ME TUNA Z FISH lol baaaaad joke it was kindly fishy.

Yeah......now that I think about it.....I probably was a little premature. However, I don't have any new screenies. I'll have to get some soon. I can't get the fricken Royal Woods diamond done...stupid signals won't work.
