Script conflicts?

I imported an older route of mine to re-work from tane to 2022. I'm trying and can't seem to get JR multi industry 2 to work. I'm wondering if the old scripted signals of mine that are on the route could be causing issues? Is this a thing? I know that the signals no longer function properly and intend on replacing them (they worked pre tane sp3).
 
I can't think of a reason signals would break the industry without some pretty major convolution.

What isn't working specifically?
It won't unload, more specifically anthracite raw coal set to unload in motion. Out of curiosity I tried using the old MIN short, unload command but this results in it getting stuck on a Loco for some reason. Somethings fishy.

Maybe a mismatch in products? Not at my PC but some industries are finicky about types of coal. If it’s an issue with a moving load/unload then too fast a speed might be an issue.
I agree with NFS37 about signal scripts interfering.
 
The industry will warn if the train is going too fast. also, if the AI driver is driving it will stick to the precise speed to unload as defined by the industry.

If you tried the old MIN and it stalled while the train was under script control then there is definitely something wrong.
