True but eventually someone with the money will come along and make an example of someone or maybe even Auran for allowing this to happen ?

Taking the "you can't touch me" stance with content providers will ultimately make them think twice about releasing more content . Plus the payware providers may decide to turn down your cash when the next all singing all dancing loco becomes available ?!

Still I'm sure once the complaints (if they choose to) start rolling into Auran from the authors concerned then screenshots or threads will get locked or disappear .

Is anyone intrested in this? I need some help with finding a better quality logo and applying it, because i cant seem to do it correctly on the sides and my logo is far from perfect, and i really need someone to help fix the autonumbering.

Looks pretty good so far. I was thinking on an H3 skin awhile ago, but things have changed. I have projects to work on.

ex-Southern now Emerald Lines passenger coach.

If they are just tell me, but i've seen them and i'm kinda in the market for amfleets. got a route i'm workin' on that has a daily amtrak train, but the horizon coaches by magicland just don't quite fit.

Is anyone out there going to seriously answer my question? i.e. "What I'm talking about are Locos that say in the Config file --- stuff like --- "This Locomotive is non-reskinable" or--- "No Reskins permitted." Even "NO RESKINS UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Or we'll call the local Police and confiscate your PC." I would like to post screenshots, but almost all my locomotives are my own re-skins and I don't want to make anyone mad, or get into any trouble.

There is no Legal problems if you are just Showing reskins through screen shots as it was said before if anyone wants to bring D.A into the matter just for trainz that is very stupid now If your selling them for your own profit and they don't belong to you then there is a problem if you are going to upload them make sure that the creator who made them get the credit that is needed

they were freeware, but after being pestered, their creator removed them from the site,so they are no longer available...

But showing that screenshot on here or any part of the web is a form of distribution so you are removing that exclusive use excuse . You are still in breach of copyright .

I think one of the biggest issues with copyright is the fact that the laws are different from country to country. In the US showing screenshots of digital media is not a violation of copyright; however (I gather) in the UK it is.

I wish that more locos had Operation Lifesaver printed on them. Maybe that would bring down the number of collisions.

Printing "Operation Lifesaver" on the side of the locomotive does absolutely nothing to reduce collisions. It is the public safety campaign carried out by the railroad and the local authorities in schools and such that make the difference.
