Those shadows are masterful - the way they climb over the rails makes your shot totally convincing.

Good evening everyone.
A few from my Mediterranean route - Italy.
Somewhere in Tuscany, – Pisa area
Two from my semi-prototypical town which I’ve named Muniletti. It’s near the pretty Ligurian fishing harbour town of Camogli
Prototypical.
Camogli station. This corner really is in need of a tidy-up.
Train taking steel coils from Genova, (Sestri Ponente) to France.

Uploading my Italy route eh? If it ever gets finished, I’d very much like to do that.
Two years in the making.
I’m now getting the hang of how to put it all together, so the newer bits look fairly OK, but the earlier bits are fairly crude by comparison. I’m updating tracks & the better trees which have appeared in the last year. But it’s a long job with 92 baseboards.
I cannot upload it to the DLS because my version (TRS2004) isn’t wanted any more. That kind of takes away the enthusiasm, so unless there is a solid alternative, who knows...?
Most of the assets are DLS, Trainzitalia and the Greenery stuff, with ever more Mistral 69 stuff being added. French and Italian assets are very interchangeable.
I might also need to remove some of the over detailed high poly items so the route doesn’t stutter on lower spec machines.
I’ve mastered gmax, but cannot yet get it into Trainz. Winter project!
The Camogli stuff I’ve made is important for the prototypical part of the route , so I want those finished and in before any possible release.
Here are some of the Italian assets I’ve done with the Church yet to be completed. (Quick cut and paste job, not to scale!)
They will also need a 3rd party home, unless I go over to TS2010.
I’ll just wait for the dust to settle, and see what others in my position might be doing. I’ll re-evaluate then, so long as it’s easy. (I don’t want to like feel I’m back at work!)
