My thoughts exactly, 007. I sincerely hope that this pic hasn't won simply because it was the last one in (I am amazed at how often that happens on talent contests).
To be fair, dietrich's picture is very good, but perhaps not the winner. That should have been mine of course!

I will give this contest another go, but before I do, here's a suggestion:
Why don't we allow all the contestants to vote for their favourite pic? Of course they wouldn't be allowed to vote for themselves. I think that would be fairer.
Anyway, here is my offering. Once again, it's good old 141-2103, this time in the shed. I think this engine is absolutely brilliant.

I would do it like that, but that gets annoying on the forums. Every week seeing something new with the same idea I mean.

Actually I would have pick this one as the winner myself. Nice job everyone. One thing I noticed was alot of entries are screenies that have been posted before on the forum. I think the contest should be limited to brand new screenies.

As nice as it is to be chosen, I have to agree with Steve on this one. On a LIRR Board I post on, whoever is in charge is emailed the pictures by a certain date, and then a poll is made in "Picture 1, Picture 2, etc." form, so anyone can vote. Then the poll is closed a few days after and the picture with the most votes wins.
Some really nice shots in there though!
