Three times I have sent an enquiry to Helpdesk about the inability to install the patch 41844 to 44653 for 2009.
I have downloaded the patch 3 times.
Each time I get the following when I try to install:-

"Ready to install from local patch file.
Current version: 41844.

Checking for available disk space for patching.
Unpacking patch file...
Patching from 41844 to 44653...

Failed to patch builtin\1.ja, file contents do not match

Failed to apply the patch: 41844_to_44653
Patching aborted."

I have no idea what is going on and I would like a reply"

give them time to send amessag to you there only one person working teh help desk

Check in the top of the opening screen of the patcher to see if the patcher is looking for the folder where you put the downloaded files. If necessary click on the '....' at the top right and browse to the correct folder.
