Russian-Ukraine spam in all of my forum posts.

I typed too soon, apparently, right in the post I made last night, post #18, above this one, another one. These are snippets of the actual images as I see them.

and this one on a post from Feb 25th, where no image was originally used.

Basically every post I have ever made on this forum, has the Flag on it.
Technically, it's harmless, but still, this forums security is just so wimpy. Anyone can get in here and spam, spam, spam, spam..... :o

EDIT:
and as I am composing this response, in advanced edit, I can see it happening again! :n:

Photo removed as it was too big

Rico
I'm also seeing those same images on some of Backyard's posts.

It would appear that the image link is in the signature. That would explain why it would instantly show up in every one of his posts, because your current signature is applied to all the posts, past and present. The best bet would be to not use i.ibb.co for your signature image. Put whatever image you want into the Trainz gallery and link it from there. EDIT .co is for the nation of Columbia, but the link as John posed it actually resolves to https://imgbb.com, which is imgur. So I am curious about the .co URL

Hi All
It appears that some image hosting services are replacing embedded images (ie images using the 'img' tags) with various Ukranian flag images. As this is the hosting services changing the images, it will depend on where the images are being hosted as to what is shown.

Regards

DARTrider, your link goes to a specific image named dartrider.png. For whatever reason, Rico's link is to a fairly generic-sounding "image.png". There is some code before each one in the links, so it must point to a specific "image.png", but I imagine that can be manipulated by the host if desired.

i had to remove it because on some people's side the spam no ukraine thing
now that i think of it i think thats why i got an infraction

when i was looking at the screenshots thread the older pics now have the spam :'(

Not all images do, but those from Imageshack do.

That's one of them and there are others with the same host.

I deliberately broke the image container (IMG) reference so it won't post here.
