Do you mean "with no apparent cab"?
i.e. Having a view in Driver where the cab (or any other part of the loco apart from the HUD) is not visible as you drive along?
If so, then some asset makers have created such a view whilst others haven't, when you exercise the in-cab views using the "]" key.
(Tap the "]" key repeatedly to see the options whilst driving in cab mode.)
Indeed, some have some excellent alternative viewpoints to the default in-cab view. Experimentation is recommended!
