Enginespec/Espec For CAB Mode?

I'm looking for a Espec for K&L Trainz's 614 Locomotive to drive in CAB Mode, I'm not quite happy with the one it comes built in with since it feels a bit weak in pulling power when going up a slight uphill grade, so I wana switch it out for something else anyone got any suggestions?
