I assume this is the car you are talking about. Look at the kuid number; not the name.

Mine both roll in the same (and correct) direction but I've probably fixed the problem sometime in the past.

This is likely an "easy fix". Open the car for edit in explorer and open the Config file. Find the bogeys container. It will probably look like this (below). The first two bogeys (0 & 1) are the bogeys/trucks. The 2d two (2 & 3) are the couplers. If both of the bogeys (0 & 1) have a 0 in the reversed line, change the REVERSED line for bogey 0 from 0 to 1, save/commit, and try it again in driver. They should both now roll in the same direction. He released several of these cars and this might have been a problem on some of those as well.
