I downloaded some routes from DLS and they won't load from the DL helper. How do I get them into 2006??
Open CMP, click on the 'open for edit' tab highlite all the items that are open for edit, hit ctrl+M
Cheers,

Thats the problem, there is nothing in Open for Edit. Can't get them to download so I can do the CTRL+M thing to get them to load in 2006. I have dumped all signs of them and I am going to retry. Maybe I hit the wrong button but I don't think I did since the other half was standing over my shoulder watching and reading from the manual.
Hi Rusty1955,
Ok. that is a different problem to your first post. First of all, have you entered your user name and password in the settings for CMP?
Have you entered TRS2006.exe and CMP.exe as exceptions in your firewall?
Is your kuid number in CMP settings/miscelaneous?
Does anything show in the CMP progress panel when downloading?
Cheers,

Although I can't solve this problem for you, I'm sure I speak for all of us when I ask you to hang in there, because it will get sorted out, and Trainz is an extremely absorbing and satisfying hobby, although sometimes it can be a bit annoying!

Think I have this figured out, maybe. I retried to download the routes that I had chosen. They didn't work when trying to D/L them all at one time. I tried separately and found that one of them, "The Coast Line" gave me a message: "No download URL. Not found on DLS." the other one, The Branch Line" had so many missing kuid's that it would not load properly. I finally got The Rockies to download and load like it is supposed too.
Yup, I stayed up until 0300 trying to get this problem solved, maybe...
