I could not launch TS2010, so I decided to reinstall. I got into CM, archived one route and related session to a USB hard drive. I also backed up the local folder (I do this every week anyway).
Reinstalled TS2010, dragged the archived .cmpa files to archive window in CM, and installed. All went well, except I am missing assets not built in - in otherwords everything from the DLS. I did not have this problem when I installed the route originally from TC1&2 into TS2010. Next, I copied the backed up local folder to the folder on my C drive, did a database repair and extended database repair, but still missing d/l assets. I did something wrong, but what? Thanks for any advice you can give me.
Plan B: I can view the route's dependencies in CM and the ones with the DS icon (available on the DLS) are the ones that are missing, and fortunately I have a FCT, so I could (if I had to) re d/l them. And the references to the missing content are still on the route, so the few assets I downloaded popped up where they should be, so I don't have to place them again.
But I'm hopeful for a plan A.
