Reskin Programs?

I have been wanting to expand my UP, BNSF, SP, and DRGW rosters, but havent found all the good locomotives. I have a BNSF H2 SD70MAC from Jointed Rail, and I was wanting to make it in different BNSF colors, and in UP and SP colors, since MACs look similar to SD70Ms. I've been wanting to make UP and SP GP40-2s with my DRGW ones, and so on and so fourth with some more locomotives. I was wondering if anyone here knows of good candidates for reskin programs for these locomotives. Anything that would work on TS12 would probably be okay.

Try Snagit 9 and gimp, they make a great combo,
for example, I resize logo and then I paste it to gimp image
