I tried to send you a private message, but it would not send it as you have a full PM box. Is it possible to make a bit of space so I can send you the PM?

Possibly. I've seen other users not sure how to use Private Messaging.

EDIT: The user in question has now replied to me using PM, so the case is now resolved.
