Removing AI drivers

Hi,

Second question of the night!

In Short,
Is there an easy way to remove all AI drivers from locos and shut them down?

In Detail,
I have a stunting yard, I want to have locos, parked up ready to use, but they all start running and with a driver, the noise is horrendous from them all.

I have found a way to get the drivers out by giving them all a command, but is there any settings to do it by default?

There are only so many AI drivers too, to shut all locos down I would have to put a driver in, tell him to shut down, then move to the next and repeat!

Cheers

Some locos will start up and shutdown, others will not.

If the locomotive has the ability to shutdown, this will show if you Ctrl+right mouse button click on the loco.

To shutdown or startup the loco, you need to do this while the AI is still in the loco, so do this before you move your AI driver.

To remove an AI driver, right-click on the AI driver's image and choose Get off Train.

The train will then be unoccupied.

Hi thank you for the reply. I presume this is done once the session is running and not in Surveyor mode? Is there a way to do this so everything is shut down where possible, before launching in to a running session.

You could remove the drivers from the engines in the session rules.
That way you have the drivers, just not assigned to engines.

I think you want the drivers to turn off the engine then Leave the Train. Use the driver command "LeaveTrain <Kuid:131986:1061>". Like oknotsen said, set it up in the session rules under driver.
